What
is a virtual tour?
A virtual tour
gives one the feeling of attending an open house
without leaving the privacy of your own home!
Select a room to view, and the virtual tour will
pan a full 360° of the room!

Is
the 360° view created with a video camera?
No. imagemaker360
uses a parabolic lens that captures the full
360° image with one snap of the digital camera.

How
does someone locate my virtual tour online?
Your virtual tour
may be linked to your company's Web site. You
may link the tour to your own personal Website.
The link may also be emailed.

How
long will it be before my virtual tour is
completed?
The photographer
will contact you to set up an appointment within
one business day of placing your order. The
appointment time is generally 2 to 5 business
days after the order is placed. Generally the
tour is completed within one business day after
the photography has been completed.

If
the listing sells before my virtual tour is
online, will I receive my money back?
If the virtual
tour has been cancelled more than 24 hours
before the scheduled shoot, you will receive a
full refund. If cancelled within 24 hours you
will be charged $25.00. If the work has already
been done, you will be charged to cover the cost
of the photographer.

Does
the agent or homeowner need to be present when
the tour is being photographed?
It is highly
recommended that you are present at the shoot.
If this is not possible, you waive artistic
approval of the images.

What
happens after the listing is sold?
When the listing
is removed from the Web site that it is posted
on, the virtual tour will not appear on the Web
site any longer.

Does
the virtual tour expire?
Yes,
the virtual tour will expire after 180 days.
However, tours can be renewed by
emailing us
to reactivating any tours that have expired but
have not yet sold.

Does
a room combination, i.e. a living room / dining
room count as one or two virtual tour shots?
If the
photographer takes one photo for both
rooms, it will count as one view only. It would
only count as two rooms if two photos were
taken.
